RETURN POLICY

At Susil Industries, all our dispatch-ready products undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure they meet the highest standards. We assess our cotton bales, cotton seeds, jeera (cumin seed), and kasuri methi on multiple parameters to guarantee complete customer satisfaction. We strive to ensure that every product is fit for its intended purpose.

However, in the rare case that you are not fully satisfied with the product you receive, please follow the procedure outlined below to return the goods:

  • If you wish to request a refund, please inform us in writing, preferably via email, including your order number, product name, and bank details.
  • Refunds, excluding the shipping charges, will be processed only once the products are received at our warehouse and inspected to ensure they are in their original condition, with no visible signs of use or damage. A full refund, including shipping charges, will be processed only in the case of a wrong item being sent.
  • Please note that it may take up to 20 days for your refund to be processed. The actual refund time may vary based on your bank’s processing times.
  • (a) Incorrect item sent.
  • (b) Damage or loss during transit and before delivery.
  • (c) If the package received is tampered with and in a bad shape.
  • (d) If the product is not as described on the website or if there is a discrepancy in the pricing catalog that resulted in you being charged a higher price than mentioned.
