RETURN POLICY

All dispatch-ready products undergo thorough quality checks. We evaluate our seeds on various parameters to guarantee full customer satisfaction. We ensure that the products are fit for the purpose for which they are intended. However, in the rare event where you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive, then following is the procedure to return the goods.
  • If you opt for a refund, intimate us in writing, preferably by email, mentioning the order number, product name, and bank details.
  • The refund, barring the shipping amount, will be initiated only after the products are received at the warehouse and examined to be in the original purchase condition, without any visible signs of use or damage. A complete refund, including the shipping amount, is processed only in case a wrong item is sent.
  • It may take upto 20 days for the refund to be processed and completed from our side. Please note, refund time also depends on the time taken by your bank.

(c) If the package received is tampered with and in a bad shape

(d) If the product is not how it is described on the website or due to some discrepancy in the pricing catalogue as a result of which you have been charged a higher price than mentioned.
